booking & cancellation policy
Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
A 9% hotel tax is additional to rate quoted.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation for a suite. This deposit is refundable for cancellations 60 days or more prior to the reserved date less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to reserved date receive no refund on deposit. All cancellations must be received in writing in our office 60 days prior to reservation date for full refund.
This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to reserved date.
